on the japanese PSN, you are able to change your online ID. so if i were to change my online ID on my JPN account into 'kaz_hirai' or anything else, 'kaz_hirai' would change into 'AZNpwna' which is my online name for my JPN account. so basically you're sending FRs to japanese people who like MGS.
