id like some mgs trophies too, but imagine the difficulty! im not going through and getting every badge again if they were to be the trophies!
it'll probably be better than the blades eventually, but for now im dreading this update. if i wanted a casual "mii" experience, i would have gotten a wii. if i wanted xmb, i have the playstation. if i wanted netflix i would have a box already.. and give me a browser.
i like being able to delete zero's from my gamerscore though. lots of games the girlfriend rented..

on topic: i really hope that this doesn't mean that LIVE is gonna crash again over Christmas.. id be pretty pissed. Since I've been having issues now, ive switched back to resistance 2 for a few days, hopefully i wont have a reason to get pissed at microsoft over my winter break..
it did sell 2 mil, and i was one of those. however, that doesnt mean that i bought it and thought it was incredible. i love the game, but cliffy completely lied to me. and the matchmaking is utterly awful.
i think hes right, but hear me out. Ive been playing it alot for the past few days. the lag online tends to be horrible. the campaign actually has a story now, but its based around dom being a cry baby. cliffy told us that there would be huge battles, but i still was fighting 5 or less enemies at a time. overall, everything that was said to be a huge improvement (cover system aside) was BS. dont get me wrong, its a GREAT game, but i was disappointed.
played it. loved it. only problems: alone, my roommate beat it in 6 and a half hours, so its still short. and you are never really fighting a ton of people like cliffy said i would be. also, the floor textures tend to be bland and the framerate sometimes stutters. However, the story is freaking amazing this time around and the gameplay is incredible. i loved this game! definitely managed to suck me in.
nothing is better than sitting down and playing gears of war followed by playing resistance 2.. ive had my favorite weekend in gaming.
no idea how it took you 16 hours.. its longer than the first, but it was short. the story is so much better this time around though. i just started the resistance campaign too and i can honestly say that they are both incredible and NEITHER are "just another shooter"
it looks freaking awesome. and i have to say, i like the sticks being at the same level. my left thumb always hurts from pressing that higher stick up to run.. really annoying.
ive played multiple 4-player coop and the only lag is during connection because they show you their character, but the toon does not move. other than that, online has been fine for me!
very fast, but then again fallout3 and other games coming out before launch is fast too..
anyways, i wonder how much my computer will suffer with W7 running..

yeah, the fanboys on both sides are freaking rediculous, metacritic is proof of this. just be happy. great games have been coming out for both systems. im currently broke (and will be even more so when gears and resistance come out) thanks to great games on both systems. it sucks, but its so much fun.

have you tried the online coop? im level 8 with spec and 7 with a medic. i also LOVE the giant core control matches!
i tried it. its slightly better when you use L1 with the bullseye. i think the real perk about it is that it slows down the movement of your crosshair so that its easier to keep on your target. the bullseye isnt supposed to be all that accurate though, especially compared to the carbine (power vs. acc), because you have the tag as an alternate fire. the carbine and other guns however are very accurate when using L1. Hope i helped clarify that for you.

i did read it. and it didnt say much. what i pretty much get from this new update is that me 360's UI will look like my PS3's UI. makes it easier on me :D now they are both similar!
i got into R2 beta through qore, but it took forever and i only got it because my roommate said hed pay for it. oh well! r2 is a blast!
