I agree with you. If FEAR 2 is as good as the first part it can keep up with KZ2.
comparing these 2 games. Crysis looks better. But Killzone plays in a similar league. It looks amazing.

I agree with the article. The game is overhyped. Of course it is a really great game - no doubt but for many PS3-gamers this game is more attracrive than their own girlfriend. If they have one. But this game must be overhyped cuz the whole PS-religion depends on how good KZ2 is. This game deserves a hype - but not a hype like this.
you took your chance and you're wrong. I've played them both. MGS4 and Uncharted. Both are great games, no doubt. But I like the visuals of Gears 2 more. They have the WOW-effect.

Gears of War 2 is my reason for the 360. It really is an awesome game in every aspect. The graphics are still nr. 1 in console graphics. Of course now every PS-boy says NO! Killzone 2! But this game hasn't been published. I love the art style and the love they put into the whole Gears universe. This game will never come out for the PS3.

Gears of War 2 is simply the best action game ever made. The graphics are insane. The gameplay is badass. Playing the game feels like an whole entire world collapse. For me still the best console graphics.

I think not. There are still to many aspects that make a game a game. But I think the Next-Gen will produce ultra-realistic visuals. It is ridiculous to say that a video game (especially shooters) forces people to kill. They really can decrease the inhibition threshold but you do not turn into a killer.
