And low end PC's is what holds games back. Consoles have nothing to do with it.

This cannot be overstated enough. There is nothing like 1080p gaming on a high quality 1080p TV which is the current standard. It makes the image look sooo crisp and clean.

PS4 beats xbone on CPU power yet again. The majority of games now on PS4 are better than xbone graphically AND performance wise.
Xbox fanboys always seem to think developers are sacrificing performance for 1080p. This isn't the case. The PS4 is simply that much more powerful.
Higher resolution + Better graphical effects + Better framerate is common on most multiplats now for PS4.
No amount of cloud, DX12, freeing resources or secret sauce...
Talk about an uphill task...
