To be honest with how awesome the vita is, i dont think the $250 price tag was too much. Now the memory cards, that's a whole different story...

I bought it for JRPGs. I could live without games like killzone (although I want it), InFamous, Bioshock (2 games everyone wants), etc. give me a JRPG and I can l play hundreds of hours. Ys, Final Fantasy, Monster Hunter, Persona, Toukiden, God Eater, etc? Yeah I can last a while with those games
There are some RPGs on the iOS that I can play for a long time. Some other games as well.
My wish list would be:
God Eater 2 in NA
InFamous
Dissidia (not likely)
The 2 Tales of games being localized
Valkyria Chronicles
Another Persona game
Mind Zero localized
That's all I can think of at the moment. I'm a big fan of JRPGs, if you haven't noticed already

Everyone says it helps against piracy, but can't there be some way to hack the vita by connecting it to your computer? Or something like that
Quick question, what's the difference about origins and legends? I read an article and I came out with the thought that it was just 40 of the levels from origins. I know I'm most likely wrong, but I have never played origins. I might get it now and then legends later. Looks really fun
You see that's the problem I have with Nintendo. I love it's games like Mario, pokemon, Zelda, DK games, etc but I have played it so many times that I just don't see a need in buying anymore. I have bought Mario games on the Famicom, N64, GBC, GBA, DS, GameCube, and Wii and well there isn't really a difference in any of them. People will continue to buy it because it's Mario, but come on, i have basically played the same game with new items for decades now. I play my gba, ...

I don't care at all about the iOS/Android games when games like angry birds are the most popular. I'll gladly take my $40 good quality games over that.
Looks like I bought the Vita before It was cool! I've had it over a year and I absolutely love it. I can't wait for the release of Ys Memories of Celceta, Tearaway, Final Fantasy X|X-2, Killzone Mercenary, Dragon Ball Z Battle of Z, Mincraft, and Borderlands 2! I hope God Eater 2 gets localized and maybe also Mind=0
The problem I have with indie games is that most of them are only PSN games. I like to buy physical copies of the games so I can have the box and to save on memory cards. If I buy all the indie games that I would love to play, I would need to buy some memory cards which are quite expensive (even after the drop-although it's a lot better)
Over a year and it has only a few exclusive games. Hooray! Don't get me wrong, I love my vita and I enjoy playing the games, but I see what they mean when they say it needs more. I'll gladly play Persona, Ys, Final Fantasy, Monster Hunter, Valkyria Chronicles, etc though. That's a lot of gameplay

I assume there are things in it beforehand that take up space. My 8GB one is like .5 GB less
