Sony bringing 2 historically Playstation focused independent developers into Playstation Studios is in no way equivalent to MS throwing minecraft money at Zenimax and snatching away 3 decades of multiplatform/multigenarationa l IP and halting multiplatform development on several high profile upcoming games.
playing on PS5 I've only had 2: jackie walked through a closed elevator door, and it crashed when i tried to zoom in on a cat in photo mode. It's been a pretty smooth 60fps experience so far.
no texture/lod pop-in either, though i suspect that's due to me having it installed on the SSD.
it'll be interesting to see how load times compare for the PS5 since it's SSD is twice as fast as the one in the X and S.
(RAW: 2.4GB/s vs 5.5GB/s, Compressed: 4.8GB/s vs 8-9GB/s)
i was thinking it might be that as well.
Release period for the SM35 collection ends -> 64 games come to online -> Sunshine, Galaxy (& Galaxy 2) are released as stand alones on the store.
Would at least make the strategy make some sense...
I'm very good at making incorrect predictions so here's an outside prediction (so outside it's not in the building):
TLoU2 event is ending...
"And it will release March 13th, 2020 on Playstation 4, Playstation 4 Pro...and Playstation 5.
(pause for gasps)
Join us later in the week to find out more."
They then have this second event unveiling the PS5, also releasing March 13th, 2020.
the only game i've experienced actual motion sickness from was, of all things, Job Simulator. There's a weird wiggle or drift or something when standing still.
on the other hand I could do stuff like this: https://www.youtube.com/wat... in driveclub and was perfectly fine. The only time (in a 90 minute DC session) I felt uneasy was when i was doing the burnouts on lap 1 of the video, and i im...
this just isn't true, at least not in australia, my preorder shipped out last night from EB Games (gamestop) and will be here tomorrow, on release day....
now if we could just do something about all the other clickbait articles that get approved....
fine by me...i'll just go and play it right now...been playing it for 2.5 years already..
in that shot that compares it to the U3 version, the U4 one really does look like it's based somewhat on Rupert Friend
they're owned by the same parent company so it's not surprising....
i was playing yesterday (haven't done this patch yet) and i was driving along when all of a sudden i was thrown back to the load screen and the story mode started loading again...
and then i was back in ludendorff....i ended up quitting and going and playing far cry and haven't gone back to check if my progress was wiped yet but hopefully it isn't...
i'm on PS4 and i've had one instance where the game got stuck, not frozen but stuck. When Arno has to jump off the bastille his animation glitched and he just stood there unable to move.
Apart from that I haven't had any issues at all with the game, maybe 2 instances of brief slowdown but on the whole my experience has been fine...
and that's exactly why i'll be playing all the co-op missions solo...i don't care how much harder it'll be, i hate having my experience ruined by other people who don't know what the hell they're doing...
he's clearly never heard of Mothra....
this notification was in stores prior to the rockstar confirmation of a 2014 release, and before the rumours of either a Nov 14th or 18th release...i took a photo of it 2 weeks ago...
plus if they're saying Spring 2015...thats like september next year for us...no way would it be delayed that much...
and if they're referencing Spring 2015 in the US then you would think they'd have enough sense to amend it to say "Autumn 2015"....

I don't think this is an IGN issue. I've seen several reports charting back to before E3 that commented on how generic and by the numbers the gameplay is.
I'm looking forward to the game but I am yet to see a glowing impression of the actual gameplay, regardless of which demo or build has been played, from any site.
The concerns expressed in the video are ones I've had myself based on the videos that have been released.
But a...
why didn't they do flexible funding with indiegogo? that's one of the bonuses of indiegogo, that you can still get whatever money you've raised even if you don't meet your goal. I wasn't even aware that indiegogo did Kickstarter style fixed funding...
at least then if they didn't reach their goal they'd still be getting at least $47k which would still help...
24 days is a long time in crowdfunding land and if it gets promoted enoug...
the game plays just fine with a DS4, been doing it since november, lap times are consistent with those using wheels...
i stopped the story right near the end and went off and did everything else, but then took a break and when i came back i discovered they'd redone a bunch of the skills and reset my entire character and i couldn't remember how I'd built it. So yeah, I think once I'm done with Starfield and Spidey 2, I'm gonna start fresh again.
