Metro 2033 was very much underrated, the gfx were top notch and the game play was good as well, i hope they fix all the minor issues with this to make it a real AAA title
I dont know about anyone else but ever since I watched the Battlefield 3 demo, i feel somewhat disapointed with alot of games now.
Dont get me wrong, uncharted 3 looks amazing but i personally dont get that wow factor as when i first saw uncharted 2
Just saying
I feel somewhat underwhelmed by these DA2 scores but i enjoyed the Demo so i guess thats all that really matters
Looking at the Battlefield 3 game tells me I'm ready for a new console, I would love to get a rigged up PC to play that sh1t but my PC knowledge is very poor indeed so I have to rely on consoles:(
"The Wii is really struggling"
When i just looked i saw the wii's figures in second place?
Well its something different at least
Do we really need a "do we really need a halo remake" article?
HD remakes is all the rage, at least this one is been made from scratch, i hope they also redo Halo 2
"And this is why white guys shouldn't rap..."
Racist much? personally i thought it was a good rap, had a nice beat to it and he flowed well
So stfu
I have mixed feelings regarding HD Remakes, they are good in the sense that you can play timeless classics looking nice and beefed up, but i also feel that the time utilised in making these could be better spent making new IP's and expanding this gens catalogue.
I guess tho that with the development costs for games these days, the companies need to do this to generate revenue in order to make new games.
I heard its going to be called Spiro of Duty
I used to really advocate DLC, pay a bit extra for more of the game that you love but I am starting to feel that companies are taking the piss with far too much of it, you only have to look at Twativision charging £15 for 3 maps, you can buy brand new full games for that is you look around properly. Its quite sad really
The Darkness, one of my top 5 all time great fps', I remember finding it impossible to take all the guys out on the car scene right at the beginning tho
I personally think that PS3 owners will have to pay a subscription charge as MS have already stealth taxed 360 owners with a rise in Live charges
I borrowed this game from a friend and it was good, the story was up there with Heavenly sword and the graphics were not too shabby
In my opinion where it was lacking was variety of enemies and fighting moves plus the game was not open enough, too linear
overall i would give it a 7.5/10 and in this day and age, i dont want to be spending £40 on a 7.5
I was thinking along the same lines, anything that gets milked just turns to dog shit, Actiduty are making a huge mistake by putting all of their faith in the COD series
Crazy, Black OPs has to be the worst COD game so far, for that money you can buy Modern Warfare and WAW.
I would like to see a Space game, a full game based on the Halo spaceship Level in Reach, a hybrid of that level, Mass effect and rachet and clank
Soon Activision will be rebranded as CODVision or Actiduty, shit man the COD franchise is starting to remind me of the Haloween, Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm street films, what number are we on now?
To make things worse I will end up buying them (used copies) just to continue the collection
Interesting read, however with the Kienct version, the user could hold a proper Slazenger racket which kind of blows the whole opinion apart
I quite enjoyed the new mechanics on the demo, i felt it made fighting seem more smooth and user friendly but maybe thats because Im used to games been too easy these days and im getting lazy :(
