I'm buying a lot of big AAA games already, so having smaller interesting games for free is a bonus ( hoping for Salt and Sanctuary or Darkest Dungeon in Feb)
Western games sell around the world, and I never heard Japanese people (for example) complain about playing as a white male. Same goes both ways, many games had asian protagonists and nobody even flinched.

After Fallout 4 fiasco, they can work on next Scrolls even for next ten years, just make great game and don't rush.
well, I'm not saying hype defines good game, but at least help you sell product. Take a look at The Division for example, it was medicore game at best, but with all that hype, it sold really well.
Wildland is doomed from start, I see this as a game for streamers, where you can shout all you want and pretend excitement for wievers.
