Well according to Walmart.com we will be using this feature in November.

I can confirm this is legit. I do have a 1tb hdd too so that is probably why.
It is obviously a place holder date since Microsoft only announced 'November'
Just like Sony only said 'Holiday' which is why PS4 is set at December 31st
