but yeah, shoot on.
I'm glad Sony & MM made this game and didn't decide to make another shooting game. I don't blame ANYONE thinking this could of changed things for the PS3 after playing it myself. Anyone who actually has a PS3 should rent it. It's not just people on N4G. I was almost certain Sony had a huge hit after playing just the beta. The sales for this game are shocking to me.
I have the game and I think it lived up to the hype or what ever. One of the be...
I probably won't buy any of the virtual items.
I just use Home to make new friends for PSN to play some games. I don't need to look different nor do I need a new apartment to do that.
I don't see a problem if someone buys it though. Hell, people buy iPod socks and pay for themes. What's so different about buying a shirt or house for your character. People will buy it. Guarantee it.
I'll probably never use any of the items but I had no idea they were charging for all that.
Especially IF this FFXIII & Versus turns out to be good. I put a ton of hours (usually over 100) in most FF games. I wouldn't mind because it'll lengthen the life of my Blu-ray drive. Same if it was installed to 360, it would lengthen the life of the DVD drive. An install would be perfect for such a big & long game. I just hope this game is good. I haven't played a good FF in a long time.
Forget 720p or 1080p, it's all about 480i which BARELY looks worse then 1080p Blu-ray movie on a tv less then 50"
/stupidity.
I guess everyone with a HDTV under 50" should stick with DVDs. I mean, that just makes ALLL the sense in the world.
"The PS3's big bonus is its ability to double as a Blu-Ray player. Too bad no one seems to care about hi-def DVDs. The differences between Blu-Ray and DVD are hard to see on a TV less than 50"."
Wow, so I have a 46" 1080p HDTV. I guess I should stick to dvds, right?
/sarcasm
This guy obviously hasn't seen a Blu-Ray disc on a HDTV or he needs to get his eyes fixed. How did he get away with this?
"but a $400 console wi...
And this guy should do better research.
The fanboys won't even click it and read but will be more then quick to start a fight where there doesn't need to be one.
How did this crap get approved? Is anyone actually reading PAST what was copied and pasted?
It's poorly written and nothing new is being presented here. Just more logs to the fire in this poorly written article.
"People hyped Resistance. Barely sold. Hyped LBP. Barely sold but is finally catching up. Hyped MGS4, and Gears of War 2 is already close to catching it in sales. Its half way there. WTF people."
I'm getting the idea that you think the fanboys on the internet = the majority of game sales. Makes no sense at all.
Did people hype COD WAW? What about Need for Speed Undercover? Do you remember when everyone was running around hyping Need for Speed Undercover on ...
one of the funniest comments I have read on this site.
Lol
I can't believe they left Krillin out.
This looks nothing similar to the anime.
I downloaded the demo and burned it to a CD and tried it out. It's not all that good to be honest. Graphics are great but the demo was kinda disappointing.
Can someone remind me how much money Sony is charging us for Home?
Oh yeah...Nothing!
Home cost less then a 2 cents! It doesn't even define the PSN. It's just an application like Life With Playstation. What is there to be disappointed about when your simply given something for free? It's like getting mad because the FREE game you got wasn't good. What are you going to do, ask Sony to give you your money back? If your disappointed then don't use it (goes for anyone, n...
And decided not to make HDD a standard for their system.
I guess we can label NXE tech from 2005 as well. You create an avatar in Home and NXE, you can find people on your list in NXE and Home and start up a game, but with Home you can meet other PS3 owners and play games with them. I think Home takes it a step further overall. I can walk around Home asking people if they want to play *enter game here* and 90% of the time I find a game and I make a new friend. Other people might...
I actually have it on 360. Wasn't as good as I thought it would of been. The experience isn't as long lasting as San Andreas and the story wasn't all that good either. I never finished it but I'm close to beating it.
I don't know what's so hard to accept that GTAIV was disappointing for some people. What's funny is that you even point out a reason why I was disappointed.
"gta SA might have been a better game but just because of that it dosent make this gta game...
GTAIV will probably get it although I don't think it should. Just opinions at the end of the day.
What about Madden? Or LBP?
3 million shipped? I thought they sold over 4 million? Only one multi plat game on PS3 sold over a million? Damn that's rough. I thought it was more.
Wow @ those dreamcast sales
One of the best systems ever created imo.
But you can. 360 seems overpriced in that comparison. If it had a Blu-ray addon it would be even more overpriced. Hd dvd add on was 200 bucks.
Are you serious...?
Wow...
He should of stuck with YouTube. His videos were pretty entertaining but this....is sad.
10) Civilization IV: Colonization
Never played it
9) Left 4 Dead
I thought it was good but it wasn't as good as everyone made it seem like.
8) Burnout: Paradise
This game is amazing. They just keep adding updates after updates. They're actually adding a re-try option via update. Overrated? You must be out of your mind.
7) Spore
Never played it
6) Wii Fit
Definitely a fad.
5) Mass Effect

I would love to see another one or see it on PSP2. IMO it deserves getting a million+ sales.
I bet Sony bundles it with a price drop next year. They won't let this game go out without a bundle(if there already isn't one).
