Just like were probably getting the Xbox 720 and Wii 2 in less then 10 years as well. Newer consoles may come out but that doesn't kill the support for the older ones to last that long. Just look at PS2. We didn't wait for the PS2 to turn 10 for the PS3. That would be insane.
But if they managed to exploit it and get in-game music on ps3 like they did with PSP then that would be pretty nice. I would still buy PS3 and PSN games (i still buy psp games) but to have features like that and be able to run some homebrew would be sweet.
This is crazy. I didn't think we would have a gaming device like this so soon if it comes out Fall. It does make sense though. Kills used game sells market and Sony makes more money off of the games I guess. I like the idea that there isn't a UMD. The device could be thinner, longer battery life, and it could be cheaper to make.
There's always that guy that gets owned at the end. I love it.

I'm getting this game on PS3! I don't examine games for missing pixels, I'm actually one of the few that play them....well, it seems like it. The link won't even work for me.

Killzone 2's graphics doesn't have any competition on consoles. The game looks amazing when you're actually playing it. The videos don't even look as good.
And your good. The PS3 & 360 lifespan will be a lot longer compared to ps2/xbox.
It's just hard trying to catch them.
