No, Blizzard deserves to be on that list.I do not play many of their games, but each of their games have a community that lasts decades. Every game they have ever released has been GotY candidate.

The game is free so they are basically reviewing if it is worth your precious time. Along with that, anyone can play this with very little limitation so there is the friend aspect. A 9.6 is totally unexpected, but I can see it.

Yeah, if they can do Pokemon right on a console, that would sell me. Its odd, Nintendo took 1 year to give me games that I wanted, Sony has taken at least 3 years.
If you don't think this creates some sort of bond, you are wrong. Sonic and Mario at the Olympic games. Sure, not every partnership bares more fruits, but this definitely helps lay the foundation.

Including other companies characters in Smash Bros. would be a huge benefit for Nintendo. Not only do people get characters that they love, but they also build relationships with those companies. Picture Squall, Auron, or more likely Noctis (Noctis is everywhere). Odds are more likely that a Final Fantasy would come to Switch (or Kingdom Hearts).
I'm commenting off you to get others opinions. Does anyone else feel like this generation just began? I mean, in the past we would have gotten a full GTA game or two, multiple Metal Gear games, a dozen or so new IP's from Sony, along with other games. I'm not saying this generation sucked, I'm just saying it feels like we have just begun.

I feel this way a little bit. I haven't purchased the game because I was at Basic Training and when I got back everyone was complaining how empty the world is. I am holding off on purchasing until I start hearing people say how good this game is (ala FFXIV where everyone said it was garbage then 2 years later it is great).
