I agree, call it something different though. Something along the lines of Shadow of the Colossus did for Ico. Or what Hannibal did with Silence of the Lambs. I'm sure there are better examples.

GTA did not receive it's fame from killing people. The game was a legit good game. Postal on the other hand is stupid game and that's why it fly's under the radar.
Edit: They cited games like Postal and Manhunt. Once again Postal is to me seen as the South Park of video games, very stupid. Manhunt, you play the protagonist, a man fighting for his life. This game is unlike both of those in tone (postal) and character (Manhunt).
Completely different. They released a trailer that made this game just look like a mass murder spree. There is no game like this on Steam. It is the tone of the game that has people up in arms. I can see Valve's standpoint, they are trying to cover their selves. Nothing wrong with that.
I'm not sure, but GTAV on last gen has sold over 32 million copies. If that's evenly split between 360&PS3 then that is 16+ as well.

Depends I guess. I'm going to school for game design so a rig that will last me 10-30 years (Haha, yeah right) is a necessity. Do I need it powered this high? No, but hopefully it will be worth it when it can still run PS5 and XboxTwo (Xbtwo) games.

I guess, 60 million with no outside play(?) is insane. What is weird is that Double Fine Kickstarter generated 1/20th of this and I have heard more about that game. Hell this is the first time I have read about this game other then title.

I did enjoy the video game of 'Her'. Guy was like a character from South Park.
When I was younger I thought developers took blank disks, a pen, and scratch along the back to make the game. That is not true.

I agree if you are stating this list sucks. Look at the list, anyone can make a list of their favorite games and list it as "not boring". I can list hundreds off the top of my head.
