This is the proof that next gen consoles should have a high capacity storage media. MS should have included HD-DVD to their hardware it would have not only helped with capacity issues. But the format would have been still alive.

Well, I know that most of us are waiting for more new games but I think it's better to wait if we are going to get a better game. In the mean time we can play older/bargain games. Or some of the new releases we skipped.
I'm a PS3 owner and I don't want or need a 360. Here is why:
1.- I'm a game collector. The more consoles I have the more I spend in games. I have 38 PS3 games most of them I bought new. If I own another console I will want to have as many games as possible for it and I will be broke.
2.- I only buy products that are reliable. The 360 is a very powerful console but quality wise its really bad believe me one of my relatives works for one of the 5 American companies that fix t...
I don't know how good the game is but I saw a TV commercial about it and it looks good the graphics obviously are last gen. But then again it's the Wii.

In this economy it's stupid to even do this kind of statistics. Some people cannot even buy DVDs right now. There is a lot of uncertainty and fear because of the state of the economy.
Wow! that campaign mode is pretty impressive. I'm not really into fighting games but I may buy this one just to check out the campaign mode.
CoD4 is an excellent game but I enjoyed Killzone 2 more.

Natal is over-hyped. The Playstation Eye has been done that stuff since the PS2 times. About the voice recognition part. I don't think it will work that good with the millions of us that have a heavy accent. But I hope I'm wrong. It is always great when companies explore new interaction options.
Obviously Terminal Reality's engine is not that good. It probably doesn't do a good use of the PS3 processor. I bet it will not be easy to license it. It is not the PS3, just their engine. Just look at Uncharted 2.

We are talking about Microsoft what were you expecting. After I got my new computer that came with Vista. I found out that 50% of my programs didn't work in Vista. I contacted MS just for them to let me know that there was nothing they could do about it; that I had to contact the software companies and ask for patches for my programs. Can you believe that?.. So, I'm not surprised by the way they handled the case mentioned in the article.
I don't mind waiting there are way too many games I will buy this year.
It will be great if they can come up with something similar where you don't have to be there at specific times. More like you get more info once you completed a task. I liked the concept but I couldn't be there all the time.

Guys you got to admit that 3 DVDs is a very primitive way to publish a game. swapping disks while in the middle of a game?.. The High Capacity media is out there. MS just chose not to use it to keep the 360 cheaper. They are putting all their eggs in one basket "Digital Downloads are the future" Internet service providers will try to make money out of that by charging by bandwidth and who's going to be screwed? the player...and maybe even them if this doesn't work.
