i agree, if the movies are gonna stay at 30 its not going to catch on, with the drop of the play they HAVE to drop the price of the movies.

i think i found a way to fix the issue, here is what i did
i unistalled the install, then i ejected the disc, did a soft reset on the front of the PS3 (holding down the power buttion, once that finished i reinstalled and it didnt freeze at all for the next 2hours i played, were as before it froze three times in like 10 minutes. somone else who is having the issue give that a shot and let me know i wish you the best of luck.

actually like the idea of alternating between old and new, keeps both a bit fresh, and the move to the pacific will also help keep fresh.
some of the reason i bought my copy of GTA4 was out of fear my 360 would RROD, its loud as hell, and everytime i turn it on i half expect it to crap out. now im too the point of wanting to happen so i can get it into MS before the 3 years is up. no way i take chances with GTA4 and having my system fail. not to say there isnt a chance my ps3 dies, but i've had it for half as long and its 3/4 quieter then my 360 and never freezes. it was a pretty easy choice now that i think of it

i own both consoles and just put down my pre order for GTA4 for the ps3, im not too worried about extra content, between a couple of my buddies also getting it for the ps3, and my preferance towards the ps controler, and most overall confidence that my ps3 will hold up for 24 hour love fest with gta it was an easy decision.
