Simple answer to all this. Snake with his infinite bandana would just continue throwing CHAFF grenades at raiden and raiden would just start glitching like robocop did in robocop 2 when he got chopped up he would have cyborg seizures LOL raidens cool now but regardless snake is just the ultimate bad ass. Plain and simple.
