I like how everybody on n4g are video game tech experts and can obviously see into the future far enough where they all know that it is definitely coming to NX too, (a system we still know absolutely nothing about!)

Damn that sucks, but delays are the name of the game sometimes. Hopefully this means that they are adding split screen multiplayer, co-op and online play.
And you can still get the first one on the eshop for 20-30 bucks I forget which though.
Amiibo unlocks a new dungeon or substantial content "man why do they have to lock content behind stupid amiibo"
Amiibo unlocks stuff such as replenishable ammo or health etc "man nintendos amiibos really suck they don't unlock anything good!"

I always have to chuckle to myself when people try to talk down to others based on their console choice. You may think their systems are "trash" but I don't, personally I've bought more games for the Wii and Wii U in a short amount of time then I have for any other system. And yeah I am a Nintendo fanboy, I absolutely love their games as they constitute to appeal to me no matter how old I get, they I guess you would say have a certain charm to them. But that doesn't mean...

Dude, I've been hearing this shit since the N64 came out, they are no where close to relegating to third party affairs. Funny how we know absolutely nothing about NX but everyone wants to treat it like its gonna be a failure.
Except for the fact that they are always making money on consoles and games regardless of how they do. The Wii U is a "failure" sales wise, but they are still making money off it, albeit not as much as from amiibo or 3DS lol.

This is exactly my point, you don't see people flocking to good Nintendo news like the bad articles, this will likely have 5-10 comments max, while the same ol same ol doom Nintendo articles that are rarely different from the last get 50+ comments, with a majority being negative.
Same people who hated on wiis motion controls, DS and Wii u touch screen controls and 3ds 3D feature are the same ones who praised ps move, Kinect, and are now saying that "VR is the future of gaming". The amount of hypocrisy I see is disheartening, I know it goes both ways, but the amount of hate I see for Nintendo is crazy.
