Anytime I see anything with Fallout in the title I die a little inside, Fallout 4 is my most highly anticipated game of all time, so I'm hoping, nay begging that we see something at E3 in regards. If they chose to release the game as 'Free to Play' it should truly be free to play, Sony has already said that you will be allowed to play Elder Scrolls Online without a Plus Subscription, as long as you're making your subscription dues to ESO. EDIT: After seeing the author post the FULL review with a score of 7.75/10 it seems more reasonable and the full article is more in-depth which explains why it scored a little lower than average (in their opinion).
I think that's exactly what it is, people are already rating the game an average 8.5 - 9 'Great', looking as great as it does at 1080p 60fps and being that GameStop are setting up Kiosks to play it BEFORE it's release I think this will definitely be a system seller, if not, it'll definitely sell in the millions.
Whereas I would love to see more AAA titles released already on the PS4 I do love the indies we've been given so far with and without Plus. Indies can be fun, and this one looks pretty good, so can't wait to check it out. Wish they'd put out more demos on the PS4 already.
