Lol yeah Haha except the LOU2
It's so obvious. It was running on a high end PC. It's not going to look the same as in the current gen console. There will be loading time, lack of objects and lot more that has to be compromised. It's better not to show and let the media hype it up so we can interpret it it was that good or not when revealed at gamescom.
The game looks trash anyway. I'll probably be busy playing Red dead and get this when it gets a massive discount like 3 months later
@Travis3708 Spiderman will likely compete as well but dont think they are in the same tier. I guess best at third competing with Fallout 76 or monster hunter I guess
This year's Gonna be big between GOW and RDR2 Goty awards.
Its because it's running on high end PC. Fans will be disappointed when the game doesn't look like this in current gen. We already experienced how The Witcher 3 performed in PS4 and Xbox one. This seems the similar case where a lot of frame drops and slow down will occur. Let's hope it doesn't get downgraded
Can't wait to see EA flop woohoo!!!
I think it's going to be like W3 where there is frame rate issues. But who cares its CDPR, they will fix it continuously. They are most user friendly company in the world.
Not until the 2nd quarter. Most the games like that we know that are coming on Jan and Feb looks last gen now that I've seen TLOU2 gameplay.
One of the female journalist in Polygon is the worst but others I dont think so
Yeah if they can nail that in Horizon 2, it will be a quantum leap like U1 --> U2. Just thinking about HZD with ND level facial animation make me so hyped.
Yeah dont rush. We dont want that horrible 25 fps all over the place. I want locked 30 fps plzzxx.
Oh it's just speculation based on what I hear. But still even if we see it, I dont think it will have the realistic detail and smooth animation as TLOU2. I'm guessing nowadays , people praise how much player's choice is involved in video game hence praise open world games. However I always prefer Linear experience over player choice cuz there is so many exciting things apart from gaming to spend your whole time on anyway
Daemon x machina looked like last gen game.
ACO : Other assacins origins , looks boring like usual
Yakuza : A decent game
Cyberpunk : Looks Amazing
DMC5 : Looks stylish
Cyberpunk is the only game that can compete with the TLOU2. Other you mention is cool but they are one or two generation behind.
Nier is an average looking game so X enhanced wont do much unless you wanna see them 4k booties I guess.
Detroit was freaking awesome. Don't even try to please everyone and develop what you think is right!!@ Dont listen to some crybabies cuz the game was freaking awesome. My 5th favorite PS exclusive next to U4, GOW , P5, GR2
Ghost of tsusima is not even close to TLOU2 on terms of how robust and shocking the environment and the gameplay feels. GOS was more like a good looking game like HZD with intriguing settings.
@lmalwaysright all the game you mentioned apart from days gone is day one sir. I'm talking about Ubisoft open worlds, not open world games that come from top tier company. And to be Frank, all open world from R* and CDPR is day 1 no matter what !!
GG did it with HZD so I'm expecting their game to hit somewhere around 90 but not above.
Now if I have to nit-pick this masterpiece just three things
1. More weight to combat impact
2. The navigation marker is not accurate.
3. Dialogue driven narrative. I wish they can reduce the amount of dialogues. Sometimes I am overwhelmed by the amount of dialogue that it kind of draws me back from immersion.
