The review was fine because the game looks reeeeally bland, ugly, clunky and most importantly not plays like the old Silent Hill games.

I definitely called this one. I knew this game wasn’t going to be as good as it was hyped to be. It has become apparent that this series is going downhill after legendary Team Silent hill left Konami.
This is pretty much what i'd say, harcore nerds hate it because it changed too much.
Then again if nothing changed harcore nerds would complain it was a rehash so either way vets will just moan and whining like babies..

Speaking as a Ninja gaiden player,"vets" need to stop whining and get over the fact that they made changes to their precious game. Team ninja is a good devs who cares about making changes to make them more balanced and interesting,So once again vets get over it.
