Fallout 4 will keep getting mentioned because its true, any exclusive not named Halo, Gears etc would have been in big trouble with that release date.

Turn based JRPGs just don't do well in the west as Japan. If Skyrim and Fable sold multi millions on 360 then this game can sell well.
Well Fable III sold 4-5million copies so there is potential here. Scalebound looks better than Fable and is a similar game so there's a chance it will do good in both West and Japan.
Blue Dragon was a success. 200,000 copies/ bundles was really good for Japan considering the platform. The devs were surprised with how well is sold.

Isnt PC already cross play with PS. I think MS is against PS crossplay. I don't think Sony would want Xbox Live players on their console and vice versa.
