No problems here so far, and have put prob 4 hours in so far. And I updated to v1.50 as soon as I got it home.
Seems like we already knew this.. no??
3/21/14!!
No, it'll be under warranty, hell if it screws up within 30 days and isn't sold out just exchange it at the store.
I guess we will see once the embargo is lifted on bone titles. I predict Ryse will be getting the Knack treatment. Dead Rising is going to get hammered for frame rate. Forza being an "incremental" update offering less cars and tracks than any other version of Forza won't go over well. And the limited number of fighters in KI is surely going to hit the review score.
12 hours!!
The next time I trust the Xbox brand is when it's sold off to someone else like Samsung. Microsoft is a cancer to our gaming hobby and the sooner it get's cut out the better chance our hobby has of surviving.
M$ denied RROD existed and told people who first experienced it to pack sand if they were out of warranty. It wasn't until the issue got so big it couldn't be ignored that they actually started covering units.
If there is an issue, they will still be under warranty, not really a concern as it'll be covered.
It's not going to be an RROD scenario which happened usually after warranties were up and Microsoft denied support until the issue was too large to ignore.
Us the free 30 days that comes with the PS4 and pick up 1 year of PS+ on black Friday at GameStop for $29.99.
Hope they plan to work with Namco Bandai and bring over the Vita "Tales" games.
I still don't think they advertise it enough. I still tell people about it and all the games they give you and they had no idea. Such a tremendous advantage over the competition and most people don't even know about it.
I hope they have backup options similar to the PS3, don't want to lose the preinstalled apps like "the playroom" when I swap the drive out.
Video might have been meh, but the game looks fun, probably going to pick it up as my 3rd game in the b2g1 Target deal.
He looks Amish, just give him one of those Amish hats and some farming clothing.
I wonder if Sony has answered all those unanswered questions he use to go on about.
Are the Wii U cases also Blu Ray size?
Using the Vita as a controller on the Vita TV would be great, would give 100% compatibility and a big screen experience. Make it happen Sony.
I agree the dashboard does look great. But I don't play the dashboard, so it doesn't influence my decision.
@Bigpappy: Microsoft gave the perfect price point for Sony to include the camera. Sony knew Microsoft wasn't going to charge more than $500 and were genuinely shocked when they announced that price. So if Microsoft charged the most Sony thought that Microsoft would charge, they obviously wouldn't include it had Microsoft announced a lesser price, so at what point do you think Sony would include the camera? They wouldn't, your theory makes no sense and is just a Microsoft fanbo...
