I like that N4G is now referring to VGChartz as an "Unofficial data source" and tagging the topic as a "rumor." Not sure how long this has been happening, but well played..
I thought Hogan took all their money and they were going to have to shut down.. or maybe they are waiting on appeals?
I took it to mean he didn't like people calling it 1.5 because it sounds like a half measure and people will perceive it that way.. he would rather people think of the iteration to be a substantial upgrade to the current one.. basically he wants people interested in the iteration..
I'll be happy to trade it in for $200-$250 at gamestop toward the PS4.5..
TIL: More options = blatantly screwing customers
Has nothing to do with it being an MS IP, 6+ million unique users on a system with only 20 million owners is astronomical, I know it's on PC also but I would assume it's not nearly as popular on there as it is on the Xbox One..
For context, Miitomo is a brand new f2p game, topped Apple and IOS charts, is available on 100 million+ devices and it only managed 4 million users..
On top of that it's more players than in the Division, the #1 game...
This is more players than in the Division on all platforms, no way this is accurate and there is no way to fact check it.. I think this is a misquote or a misinterpretation and should read that it's since the game launched, not for the month of March.. for this number to be accurate that would mean about 1 in 4 Xbox One owners played KI in March, leaving another million plus playing it on PC.. no way, nonsense..
No, because there are 2 sides, people who want bargain bin retail games and those who want new release digital only titles.. unless they alter the service to giving one of each, people are going to moan. And I have a feeling that even if they went the route of giving one of each, there would still be people complaining because of reasons...
It will never happen due to his tie in to Skylanders..
"nice E3" is such a contrast to his statements before last years E3.. and "near term focus" is not something you want to hear about anything you like and hope to have a long life.. going to be an interesting show.
I'm a PS4 gamer and I welcome the PS4K, I wish these writers would quit putting works in my mouth..
They swapped out Super Stardust HD for it, but later in the month they swapped it back, so maybe it was an error..?
I think if Sony doesn't come out and deny these rumors soon, then this thing is real. My reasoning is that this rumor could actually hurt sales as people may put off a purchase waiting for the PS4K.
Also why do people think it's a slap in the face to people who already own the PS4? If this is using the iPhone model then all games will be playable on both systems.. just some will benefit and perform better on the PS4K. People don't think Apple is slapping it&...
With the 360 and PS3 I purchased the slim/elite models of both systems, so this is just getting those with added benefit and not leaving people who don't want to upgrade with an unsupported device. Not sure why anyone has a problem with this.
They're calling it the SteWii on GAF.
Nintendo has lost the plot..
My correlation isn't the nature of the suit so much as it is a private party going after journalism..
10 million is still a great deal of money even if you are making 120k a year, and even if he wins the case he still has to pay for legal representation.. It's unfortunate that we don't follow the "English Rule" which is where the loser of the court case must pay all fees, it would prevent frivolous lawsuits like these from ever being brought to light.
I know Sterling has said he isn't worried, but after Hogan won his case I'm not so sure I would feel entirely comfortable in his situation. I hope it all works out for him though because the company suing him are crooks and they deserve to be exposed and Jim has done a great service by doing so.
Not so sure they will.. Sony will announce 40 mill any day now so coming out and saying you hit 20 mill isn't going to look all that impressive.. I doubt we get official numbers again from Microsoft on the Xbox One.
@Yetter: Xbox and diverse do not even belong in the same sentence especially when compared to the competition.. there is no way you believe what you just wrote or you are completely ignorant to what is available on other platforms.
