If the defective rates are so low why don’t they share the #s with us? I can’t blame them I guess, its business, why release defective #s if it will potentially hurt a customer’s influence on buy their product. As for me, I’m on my third unit.

Just because a game sells more copies doesn’t make it a better game. I’ve pre-ordered my copy of Halo 3 but after looking at the footage for Crysis I think it would be something I enjoy more.
I've been through 3 so far, no problems with customer service.

It has the extra content that the PS2 had with GC graphics, you’ll be satisfied.
I like the co-op in gears so this is a big plus for me. I just hope I don't get any bad players though like in gears lol.
