This is silly.. Fallout: New Vegas still had commands left over from Oblivion in it's engine. Commands about horses and such. Bethesda just did a bad job of cleaning up their game and this is no exception.
I remember there being a mod for Skyrim to remove the bajillion unused item ID's that were never used in the actual game.
So yeah, highly unlikely that this means anything. That of course doesn't mean Fallout 4 isn't coming.
To be fair.. The tags include PS2 for some reason and the title doesn't specify it's about the PS1 exclusively. Based on the title of the actual article, they even purposefully removed the '1' from the title here.

It occasionely just quits the game after pressing alt+tab..
There was one issue where a NPC refused to unlock a door for me due to missing/corrupt audio-files. Just downloaded a fix given by a modder, and continued playing..
That's why I only play Bethesda games on a PC. It has additional support. :P

As if the GOTY is going to save you.. Fallout 3 GOTY had way more bugs than the original version + expansions bought seperately.
Wanting to play the game, but not being able to.. It was torture!
I wouldn't blindly buy the GOTY to be honest.. It's no guarantee.
Planes, Diving, more open area, less or no cell phone, more heart of LC-like easter eggs, house-modification, car modification, a little more body-modification(no way the somewhat chubby Nico could run that long and his hair could use a little work to), more crazy and less serious!
Come to think of it.. GTA 4 is pretty flawed compared to Vice City and San Andreas.. :(

More likely for the percentage of people using de PS3 browser to get to their website..
I think 150.000 is a more accurate estimation of the people using OtherOS to get to that site.

I see Ratchet & Clank games as games that I can play without feeling any sign of frustration. One of the few games recently that are in fact better described as relaxing than epic(which we hear a lot these days).
