The only disappointment I've had with the Pro is the way Skyrim runs. It looks absolutely stunning in 4k HDR but the frame rate has a lot of stuttering issues. I thought it was my TV or PS4 settings but there are a lot of people online complaining about it. Seems to be a Bethesda issue :(
Last of Us looks and runs absolutely insane, Naughty Dog truly are talented.
I don't have any input lag, maybe a very tiny negligible amount if any. I think it's because it's a 2016 model with HDR Pro which apparently does wonders for the input lag issue.
Edit: We'll according to that disagree I don't have the TV and I'm wrong.
A lot of newer TVs allow you to not even require 60fps games. I just bought a TV that bumps up 30fps to 60fps beautifully with not input lag whatsoever. This might be the idea a lot of the developers have and that's why they'll probably settle for 30fps.

Just bought a new 49" HDR 4k now as my previous 4k TV didn't offer HDR. Plus my new one bumps up 30fps games to around 60fps with no sacrifice or input lag at all. Just waiting for my Pro now, all Amazon says is it will arrive by 9pm :(
