Exactly. No difficulty setting is a major miss. Frankly, game designers have NO excuse for poor game design with the tools, test resources, and game review history to leverage.

I struggle to find any positives/pros generated by Phil and his leadership cabal. Something is in place that prevents Nadella from firing him. At the very least, they should not be receiving raises/stock/bonuses in any quantity.
