Price just went up $100.
lol
Ye,s because no casual gamer would have any interest in a gaming site <yet more sarcasm>
Did I specifically say monster sizes are tiny so this game must be for casual gamers? Just mentioned one of the games numerous flaws I take issue with.
You don't notice how watered down Skyrim because you don't know what a quality game is, the industry has made so much watered down crap you think it's the norm.
I call them like I see the...
@ Mainsqueeze
No, I'm saying the samething everybody else trashing the game is saying.. Like CoD and other bad games, the game itself is desgined for casual gamers/lowest common denominator/nOObs/(or in CoD's case) children/or whatever else you wanna call them, they're the ones who put hundreds of hours into the game and don't even notice how badly of a watered down version of a TES game Skyrim really is.
And & yes, I'm sure this site ...
I'm not gonna lie, being that things happen more randomly in this game, sometimes having to run out of a collapsing building as your finishing a mission after an epic robbery, all because your explosives "accidentally" went off early would have made for some fun times.
@ CrossingEden
Nope, won't play Uncharted but my girl does & has beaten all 3, Infamous has always sucked & I'm pretty sure it always will.
I've played Skyrim only because I got it free & the sidequests are better then the main story because it's so bad, the melee combat is worse then oblivion with some worst hit detection TES has ever had, the "dragons" are tiny as are the so called "giants".. I could go on &am...
LOL, you bet Ubisoft thought they was gonna sell 5 million copies of a game on a console that currently only has 3.1 million units sold itself?
The worse part is some under educated people clicked "agree".
Pfffft.. Skyrim always has been a casual gamers game, only casual mainstream gamers play it & continue to do so.
I didn't realise we had so many 12 year old Japanese girls (Nintendo's fanbase) on this site.
Save $250 then and buy an OUYA console for your retro gaming, it's only $99 and runs all your Nintendo emulators from the original NES to the Nintendo 64, plus it works with both PS3 & 360 controllers.
I got a better reason not too: $349 for current-gen console hardware.
I will patiently wait for actual next-gen consoles such as the PS4 which by the way is only $50 more then the Wii-U.
Yup & if people want real destruction in an open world game they just play Mercs 2: World in Flames anyways, only $5 plus the co-op servers are still up on the PS3/360 versions.
It's worth you time if you don't own a TEKKEN game already or want to try and get a pay/play to win advantage by building up your characters stats, otherwise it's a waste of space even being on your HDD.
Are you kidding? JAWS Unleashed on the PS2 is great, I still play it time to time to this day.
Freeroam + JAWS, targeting body parts ripping peoples limbs off , guts out & heads off, plus the game has great sound effects epecially when you grab someone who starts screaming & you proceed to drag them under the water.. how could all THAT not be fun?
I love killer shark movies and games but you're waiting for something that already happened, because ...
Nah, couldn't get past the headline & the review score.
Good to know the reviewer was being sarcastic though.
Although fun, it's FAR from perfect. (A+/A+, 100/100, 10/10 & 5/5 all imply perfection)
@ pandamobile
Really because the very first console (magnavox) had no CPU same with PONG, the so called 1 game "console" before that.
Without consoles, computers would probably still be oversized calculators with nothing to hand down.
Love how I get disagrees for posting facts, consoles were the first to the gaming scene #deal with it.
@ cunnilumpkin
You do know The Saboteur on PS3 goes well beyong ...
@ Insomnia_84
So your seriously saying you think a now Microsoft Studios published game (Dead Rising 3) is coming to the PS4?.. Would you like State of Decay 2 as well since you for some reason think Microsoft studios is now publishing games for the PS4..
@ mysticstrummer
Yes, but Bioware is an EA owned developer, this is more of a Dead Rising 1 situation which never released on PS3 since were dealing witj Capcom.
Also if console gaming never existed we don't know if PC's would even be used for gaming since the gaming part began on consoles.
PC gamers should indeed be thankful.
Online passes are for publishers like EA to make money on second hand games.
DRM is for stopping piracy requiring an internet connection while playing that game, although all it really does is inconvenience legit paying customers & the game still gets pirated by those who were gonna pirate the game anyways.
DRM & Online passes are nothing alike, not even a little bit.
GTA IV was a huge let down, especially when there's so many better freeroam games on the market.
Hopefully Rockstar does immensely better with GTA V, although I'm still skeptical after GTA's last outing.
