Hands down, so when R2 beta info starts popping up, you wont see me with socom.
Since I purchased my PS3 in 2006, I have been impressed on the amount of support for the PSN. Home will be a great addition to it, and I don't have to pay for it. So whenever it comes out, I will be ready.
Top Down would be awesome. Someone could recreate the original MG games!
Whatever it is, I want something.
I don't care what they think, I follow the US people.
My uncle!
It will be a purchase, not sure about day one, but I will get it for sure.
Have you seen the number of enemies they can put on screen, or the size of the enemies. Graphics are not all about how high-res things can be. R2 gave up some extreme texture work for a more balanced realistic environment.
I can tell your a 360 fanboy. Let me tell you an absolutely true story. I walk into my friends house, see he is playing Halo 3. I sit there for about 30 minutes watching him play "Halo 3". He goes to the main menu, guess what. The game was Halo 2. HALO LOOKS HORRID. Resistance 2 looks amazing, check the San Fran scene, that is beyond Gears. Sure, others levels need polish, but don't go around spitting stupidity...
360 must have had more playable demos, not a better year line up. They probably had to just throw the 360 a bone some time, could you image the fallout if they would have said the PS3 will be better than the 360?
I would say it has the most features. But those features to me don't warrant 50 dollars. I really think both are great. But if I had to choose, I would go with PSN because it is very functional and free.
Its not a shooter? Its like twisted metal with extreme destructibility. Whats wrong with that?
Really, its not bad at all. They just better advertise this game like nothing they ever have before, or else many older males wont stroll by and just get this one.
IF you already have a Wii and are disappointed by the lack of hard core, then move to a PS3 or 360. There is plenty there, and if Nintendo finally goes back to their roots for a game or two, you will still have the wii to play. But for a videogame enthusiast, a Wii wont do.
It looks bad to some people because no one knows how to play in the video. They are shooting at the ground half the time and are using weapons ineffectively. Also, they never use alt. fires! The auger can put up a shield, shoot through walls, yet no one was utilizing it. Or the Bullseye has a tag alt fire that homes bullets onto it, yet no one used it. If you see good people play, it will be much better.
It reflected shots back to enemies and if they came in side it would deal damage.
They said it meant something in latin and that it has to do something with the game. This is what I heard.
They can be like Europe only, but Im sending it. *emailed*
We will know what can and cannot be done on each system. If GeoW2 can't be beat on the 360 in the next 2 years, we will see. If Uncharted 2 comes along and blows it out of the water, we will know.
For all who say Gear's gameplay is better, why? A cover system? How about R2 creative weapons? Graphics? Gears may have better textures, but the scale of R2 flatout beats it. Online? Last time I checked, Im sure you could play 30v30...not 5v5 in R2. Story, who knows. But Im going for the complete package, R2.
