If you're big on strategy games just get a PC. All the Xbox exclusives will be on PC from here on out anyway.
But reviews say it is. 76 based on critic reviews on Metacritic. FM7 is at 86
What does GT do that makes it drive better than FM7?
FM takes the cake. Reviews speak for themselves.
What features have Polyphony incorporated into GT that makes it drive better than Forza? Or is that just an opinion?
Yeah but it's been stuck in the 70s on metacritic. 76 based on critic reviews. FM7 is a full 10 points ahead of it.
Unless you're into japanimation. Its too niche for most users.
Dont feel bad. Its a solid 7. That still means its worth playing. Especially if you're limited to one console and don't have the option to play some of the better titles available.
So is it now safe to call the other game King of the console racers this generation?
Ouch. Lots of 7/10s
@solid-state
It doesn't require an engineering degree to understand the bullet points of why game A might have better physics than game B. It seems like no one can even provide 1 bullet point as to what techniques are applied in GT that give it superior physics. So maybe that claim is rubbish.
@yeahok
What does GT do with physics that FM doesnt?
What sim features does GT have that FM7 doesn't?
Sitting @ 78% on metacritic. I thought it would be a little higher than that.
Yeah especially since Project Cars and Dirt Rally make the complete game available in VR.
Well it just came out this year.
Also don't forget it will be getting an LA Noire port. A pretty mature Rockstar game. That's a step in the right direction.
What does sim features does GT have that are absent from FM7?
Yeah. I'll take Rogue Transmission or Golmud Railway over any other maps.
That is achieved by altering difficulty and assist settings. Forza can be as easy or as difficult as you want to make it.
