I like what Ive seen this far, more gameplay and some recomended spec would be good though, I have a GTX 960 4GB, an older 4 Core i5 and 16GB ram So I guess Im good, but depends on how scalable and optimized the game will be.
Also Metro is the shiet, got the old versions on steam and Redux on Ps4. Cant wait for their next game. :)
Lol, ofc this had to be Video gamer.
Love these guys but this one was a reach, hardly resembles a chicken at all but good try.
Waiting for Kojimas hidden Toad article.
E3 2017 maybe.
This studio has just been formed so I doubt they have anything tangible at all for the next few months.
Probably still hiring, moving in, getting equipment and sorting that kind of stuff out. Im sure Kojima has a couple ideas but games take time, E3 is like 5-6 months away and I think that is too soon.
I mean Respawn entertainment (Mostly guys who left infinity ward) was founded in 2010, Titanfall came out in 2014. Even E3 2017 would be sort of ...
That is a another sad thing.
The fox engine seems to be doomed. :C
No way PC looks better, sure 4K makes it sharper, but I cannot say it is prettier because graphics are more than pixels.
Judging by dynamic systems, graphical systems, graphical features like shaders, filters, post processing, polygon count, animation, lighting, volumetrics and particles, textures and whatnot DC is a clear winner.
Ultimately two different racing genres, PC is to be considered a sim (right?), and sims trade off graphical stuff for performance ...
I think the keynote was underwhelming. There was good stuff in there but too many small games and instead of demoing vr on stage I think they should of just shown more trailers for games with vr like ace combat and gran turismo amd invited players to try it at the kiosks.
Not enough 1st party stuff or announcements.
Many sony studios are working on stuff so I sort of expected 1-2 new AAA anouncements.
Was hoping to see God of war as they sort of confirme...
Agreed. After seeing or playing other games running in realtime on current gen Im positive that it may very well be in game.
Driveclub, uncharted 4, the order, quantum break, ratchet and clank, second son, shadow fall, battle front, battlefield 4...
Cant wait to see proper gameplay though to get an idea of how it plays. :)
It probably does in some not so meaningfull way compared to the overall plot.
Im sure the dialouge choices might change some minor situations or dialouge between characters in certain places while playing and possibly some easter eggs. I think the story is going to be the same for everyone, but As seen in the PSX demo Players could choose to tell Sam about the events in either of the plot in the previous games. At some later time in the game it could trigger a discussion base...
Interesting.
VR + combat jets, I imagine that could be pretty damn awesome.
Keeping an eye open for this one. I can almost feel the rush of flying a combat jet in first person, dodging missiles and stuff.

A couple more frames, a few more objects with physics.
It'll help, its not a boom but it sure as hell is something.
This is a product of optimization, now they can offer developers one more core if they please.
All the little bits add up to something, thats what optimization is for... more stuffing in the turkey. Now send me the carrots will ya.
I wouldn't use this much personally in my current situation, but great news for people who live together. Now one can play on a another screen in full HD while the TV is taken. Or if you travel around a lot this is great, just bring a laptop, a DS4 and maybe an ethernet cable.
Options are nice.
So how does the Databank work these days?
It's known that the Ps4 has issues with larger drives.
Has that been patched?
Will the PS4 now work with a 4TB SSHD without major drawbacks?
Ive wanted a DB forever so I could load a fat 4TB SSHD on top of my ps4 but from what Ive seen on the internet its mostly problems when installing large capacity drives like 2TB+. :(
Yep the 360 controller is good.
It is way more solid than the DS3.
Plug and play with a Windows PC.
However I'll make the case that the DS3 is actually a better controller.
Better Rumble technology.
Sixaxis.
Built in rechargeable battery.
Convex sticks with smaller deadzone, good surface texture and 10-bit precition (360 controllers have 8-Bit precition) = DS3 more accurate.
D-pad didn't suck.

Not everybody no, but a lot of people can.
Let say Ps5 is 500+. possibly as high as 650 depending on SKU's like 2TB-6TB etc.
They have to nail a lot of things, but given the hardware and features justifies the price and it launches with interesting solid launch games I imagine Im not the only one who would save up towards one.
A powerful console also will last longer so people can afford to wait a year or two before getting it for a lesser price a...

LUNATICS UNITE!
@ Death
Cell and Xenon are really different.
Xenon has 3 dualthreaded cores based off of the same technology that is used in the main core in the PS3's cell.
So Xenon has a more conventional design compared to todays cpu's. The cell has one core and 6 active supporting processing units. (7 active cores out of 9 on the ps3).
Also 360 games where made with DX9. Sony uses custom api and games are coded to make the quirks of the ps3 to its advantag...
Evolution rocks, Driveclub bikes blew my mind and they are still making more updates and content? Hell yeah!
On a sidenote I hope they are working on the next motorstorm.
Lunatics unite!
It would be quite alright if it was bug free, but that is not what its about. it is that the game is too buggy or has to severe problems, it is okay not to be perfect because no one really is, but to not give a shit and just make no effort to have a decently polished game is an issue. We need to have standards that favor consumers, we have rights.
I don't think its entitlement to expect a game to work and play smoothly when you pay a good chunk of money for it.

Newsflash:
Uncharted is a game.
While 60 is ideal on console, a locked solid 30 is fine by me.
Not saying it cant be done but this game is looking pretty good as of now and I rather have a locked FPS than a very fluctuating one with screen tearing and juddery image especially on Consoles that doesnt support technology like G sync that makes a fluctuating FPS a lot more bearable on a compatible screen.
So if they cant have a sturdy 60 fps on consoles, meaning a consistant and a pretty high a...
