Check out Verdun 1914

Have you updated your BIOS buddy? I remember that being a requirement for some motherboards.
I can confirm that Insurgency is a killer game.
YES! I just removed Watch Dogs. That game being in my library was embarrassing.
This is too good.
Yeah, I agree wit you Grap. This stuff is getting old. I remember when Skyrim was hardly playable due to micro-stuttering. Bethesda's games suffer from the same set of issues every time.
That could be the case, but that's not the issue here. In this day in age games should be multi-threaded. Especially when you consider that the consoles CPU's took a "go-wide" approach, having many cores with relatively low clock speeds. Developers should have enough experience with multi-threading now, as it is probably the most important part of getting a game to run well on the consoles.
I believe Star Citizen is running on CryEngine. I'm not an avid follower of the game or anything, but I know they've started releasing footage of the persistent universe module.
This article is pretty poor. It recommends cards like a GTX 660 for $250. Rather than modern, faster, and cheaper equivalents.
Microcenter does have some sweet bundles too.

They never stopped running forward...
Server side physics processing isn't new. Source engine has been doing this since 2004. Albeit with less gibs.
Do you have the game installed on a SSD? That may be the source of the pop ins.
1600 x 900 = 1,440,000 pixels.
1920 x 1080 = 2,073,000 pixels.
In other words, the difference between 900p and 1080p equates to 633,000 pixels.
Why would anyone disagree with this?

There's already Assetto Corsa.
Doesn't everyone kind of need one nowadays?

Take a look at Red Orchestra 2 (the eastern front, Germany vs Russia) and Red Orchestra 2: Rising Storm (the pacific front, US vs Japan. As well as the upcoming Rising Storm 2 (vietnam).
All of those games are top notch and honestly do what this game is trying to do if not better.
