I was looking forward to it too. I was already rank 3 as well and I need hand armor to get to lvl 30. I got tired of doing the Raid over and over.
The PS4 is already selling like hotcakes, not to mention that they are selling each PS4 at a loss. Selling it at a much lower price would only make things worse. They are in the sweet spot right now.
