lol i can only think of two bugs ranking scores and the network disconnects i havent encountered any others.
The game works flawlessly with 32 people online, i have yet to experience lag once throughout my many hours of play thats one hell of an achievement.

Interesting article, i agree that sony didnt want to launch the ps3 so early you can obviously tell that by the state of things atm, although they are improving with time.
With the looks of it by selling their shares they have the money to cover a nice price cut around the world and this is exactly what sony needs if they can get the price down to close or matching the elite, then they can really start making ground
On the subject of controllers, whenever i play on my 360 or give someone a go and have to explain the controls, i still refer to the buttons as x, square, circle, triangle.
As most games usually have the same buttons do the same things on each consoles.

Yep without a doubt this game is amazing, it would be one of the top games no matter what console it had came out on.
hmm im still not sure ive never liked mario since it went 3D.

The ps2 will carry sony through this christmas im expecting it will sell quite well especially with the library of games behind it, which are pretty much dirt cheap.
From a realistic point of view sony must know this christmas is too early for the end all and be all, they just need to continue chugging on nicely and slowly lower the price until it reaches a good affordable price point.
The real test is christmas next year when the proven games have been released ...
