I'm inclined to agree with pandamobile here. EA took a bold approach and showed us raw in-game footage without all the smoke and mirrors that we've all seen a hundred times before with a cinematic spin. Yeah it looks good, but now show us some pure in game play.
So am I, and I really think that with this type of media coverage we can expect the open the door to open up for other television networks getting involved. I also think we're going to see other industry giants like Sony and Nintendo doing something similar to what EA has done in regards to buying up commercial free air time to show their showcases for future E3 conventions
Honestly I'm really hoping that it'll launch with a major title like Battlefield 3 or Call of Duty. I really feel that is the direction Nintendo needs to go, but only if they have the network to back it up.
I'm hoping for a ground breaking musical score that would possibly accompany a new Zelda title if it's released on the Wii 2 . E3 hopefully will have something along these lines.
