SOMA is a great game but I think 2 Frictional Games is enough and for me Amnesia and Black Plague are more terrifying :)
There are a lot of great games out there, this is one more of personal choice.
It's an amazing game, it's also on sale now through the PS Store.
As far as Silent Hill goes I didn't enjoy The Room at all, I did like the concept but didn't enjoy playing it. It doesn't stand up to the first and second games imo.
Early Access can have Achievements but the Xbox version to my knowledge does not.
No, Game Preview titles don't currently have achievements.
Day Z is a certainty, not sure when though and ARK should arrive maybe June next year on Game Preview, looking forward to both.
I've always been a huge fan of Early Access on Steam, it's great that the Xbox One has a similar thing.
Could do with a couple more games though :)
From having played the game on Steam I must admit that it's a great little horror title. Definitely one to keep an eye on.

Layers Of Fear is a great game, though clearly a PT rip off. It will be on Xbox One's Game Preview real soon. The PC Version is still in Early Access at the moment.

As far as I know it will only be available digitally.
The game does but cutscenes run slightly lower, it doesn't compromise the game in any way as you can see from the screenshots.
