"and his insistence the PSP "owns" the DS."
Don't have a DS but I cannot imagine any game being better than Kingdom Hearts BBS on the PSP. So yeah.
Stupid article though.
Well, +1 once I can afford it next month.
This game flew way under my radar till now. And it looks really good. Gotta try the demo at least.
"It's a simple system, but enemy encounters are a lot more difficult than you'd think. Even if you fight every monster you come across, as you progress through the story your level will be about on par with the enemies'. And the fear of death for one of your party members is never really eliminated -- one mistimed mistake with a button press can result in an untimely demise, especially with some of the later magic-using enemies."
Well said! I try getting that point across and it always ends up long. So many 10s nowadays that now anything less than that is looked at like a failure.
7 is a good score.

Haha, thanks. That sounds like a plan.

Thanks everyone.
So get FO3 (it is really cheap nowadays) and wait till New Vegas drops cause they're both worth it.
Sounds good and thanks again.
+bubbles to all
Reveiws before this gen were much different though. Kinda like looking at metacritic for movies. Lots of 70s for very good movies. But this gen, everything's a 9 or 10. So that 89 for FO1 is like a 130 nowadays.
Just thought I should mention that.
I'm a guy who never picked up FO3. To the people who have both, would you say I should try FO3 first or just go straight to New Vegas?
Bubbles for anyone that helps out.

Well, Fallout New Vegas did just come out with really late reviews....
And he's the one that recommended Sly Cooper 1 very* highly on the show, which made me try it and I (obviously) love it till this day.
One of the best journalists in the industry.
Yeah there's only like 5 games that have had zombies in it. Either way, loving Dead Rising 2. Just finished it. Got one of the bad endings though.
I think the older Maddens actually did that before.
In studio audiences, some are staff from the show and some are real people. That's how it works for everything.
Kinda like the Wii all except for the last few months with SMG2 and all the other stuff from E3.
But we'll just see how MS handles. But I've said before, these motion controllers could either be the savior of the games industry or a nail in its coffin. Say Kinect and Move become overwhelmingly successful. Would they pay attention to the core audience or take the money and run like Nintendo did for the past few years?
We'll just see huh?
Cept, it kinda isn't. The singleplayer stays away from the fantastical end-of-the-world-if-we-fail thing CoD does. And the multiplayer? A lot like battlefield, not CoD.
And it's far from terrible. Was pretty good, especially the end.
It plays solid enough, yeah. But there isn't an ounce of fun to be had in this. It's Gears with every bit of fun drained. I could barely finish the demo.
Yeah I missed the slide and peaking mechanics. Was weird at first but I would've loved it in multiplayer.
I have a feeling this will be a slow burn and, if advertised well after a price drop, would sell a lot more.
Still looking forward to playing this.
