All games should have that option and price difference between digital and physical versions. And with artwork/booklet too!!
It's a shame they didn't use the PS4 version. But if you look closely, the only things that are a bit lacking are shadow quality and TressFX on the hair. But up close, it's higher resolution. I've played this on PS3 and PS4 before, but its performance is more stable now on Switch 2.
Maybe the Switch 2 version can still be patched to fix the shadows and if they can add TressFX hair.

The region-locked Switch 2 launched the same day as the other versions in every region/country. And the result was great because it was always sold out in Japan.

Because region locked switch 2 is doing great there. And of course nintendo is dominating even when GoY was released.
Nintendo dominating in japan, that is the reason for this and the recent Japan state of play. They need to somewhat break that momentum. Although almost all the game shown is also coming to Switch/Switch 2.

Steam players are cheapos, so they chose this because of affordability. Very few people buy Steam Decks. When there are so many alternatives, it's even harder to sell. Let's see if many people will buy these new premium products.
