Sure they have games, but i'm talking about MGS4. While i'm sure you know nothing about Playstation games. Metal Gear has sold consoles for Playstation everytime a new one released. Microsoft has nothing as creative or as deep a story, that could compete with Metal Gear. So what could they do to compete with that? Drop the price so people will get GTA4 for there system instead of the PS3.
