I just got off the phone with customer service and they told me that they said it would be available "after" 1201 am est and that it's being packaged with the PS Store update LATER today. Complete BULLSHIT. No option of a refund or credit of ANY kind was given to me which is damn rediculous.
Told me I can call back after the store update goes live to "try" and get a refund.
Damage has been done MS.....by your own mouths.

NPD only represents like 60-65% of US retailers as well. Walmart is included (but only as an estimate) so even the almighty NPD still doesn't tell the whole story.
