The bubble shield was pretty fun, there was actually some strategy involve... if they bring back the jetpacks I will blow up the world! 343 said they have competetive aspect in mind, the jetpack completely ruined Reach, it killed any kind of map strategy whatsoever, you advance a certain way on maps to gain advantage to power weapons, then all of a sudden a whole team of jet packer noobs come flying in on top of you! Why most people are pissed about is, the fact thy cod sales so much and its a rehashed game every year, it doesn't deserve to be successful, and its poisoning the industry. Yeah, black ops and mw3 are trash... horrible ai, physics, lighting, everything just looks and feels cheap. I guarantee next Gen these douchebags will use the exact same engine but it will be native 1080p, and people are going eat it up. I will not buy another COD unless they use an entire new engine. Killzone 3 just went a little to sci-fi for me, kz2 characters were at least semi realistic, kz3 had space guys with glass domes over their heads with bots flying around behind them....just weird! Keep it hardcore! Kz2 controls post patch were perfect IMO. Kz3 maps sucked, and I agree with forgetting 3D... uncharted 3 and kz3 look worse thatn predecessors because of trying to implemt 3D
Opposite for me, the 360 has a deadzone in the middle of the joystick, the dualshock is perfect, several friends agree with me.... but, the 360 controller is better in every other way

I guess thats why it wasn't as good as uc2. I just finished campaign, and it didn't look as good as or have a good a story as uc2. Some parts looked great, but the game was full of low resolution textures, and it just looked kind of stale. My thoughts exactly, the game is pure garbage, and to make matters worse every game is now trying to copy the garbage to replicate sale numbers... the last truly competitive game was halo 3, u actually had to win to rank up!!!! What a foreign concept these days, every thing is experience based garbage now, the only decent game left IMO is gears 3, it actually takes skill to get kills
I rented blops and played for about a week and was tired of it, rented mw3 played about an hour and was sick of it. Zero innovation, somehow the graphics have gotten worse since cod4, lag is ridiculous, sound sucks,games should be going forward not backward. But, the millions of casuals who don't know any better eat it up, don't expect activision to change their ways either, they will milk it dry

Sony will support the ps3 for ten years, but that doesn't mean they wont launch a ps4 before that ten year cycle is up, I'm thinking they will treat it just like they did the ps2 to ps3 transition... so I think we'll have a new console fall 2013, with some type of announcement at E3 this spring
Bc2 had better graphics than bf3 IMHO,I just couldn't get into bf3. Gears of war 3 is my shooter of the year, game is so polished, its right up there with kz2 for me
Sorry, but I just don't get the obsession with cod, they lost me after cod 4. Hopefully next gen will bring an actual improvement in the cod series, but I doubt it. It prolly be same engine but native 1080p, same crappy physics, particle effects, baked on lighting.... and it will still sale millions. Until people stand up to activision they will continue to milk it to death, just like they did guitar hero.

Yeah... sales have declined because we haven't gottena new console in 6 years!!!! I don't know about everyone else, but I'm bored with this gen, the graphics have stagnated, gameplay, physics, etc. has all come to a stop. The industry needs to quit milking this gen and bring out the new consoles, I'm almost ready to jump ship over to pc gaming because at least their games are improving.
