Some people just live to disagree, but I wonder how long was the PS3 design to stay on for, 10 yrs? I should try it. Uh wait, it will brick and shut off if I don't update in that time..... Mmmmm, well, now we will never know. I'm gonna go and turn on my ps3 and leave it for 10 yrs in that corner where it's been for the last 7.
The 360 was way weaker than the ps3 and MS still did very well, in fact MS does so well that SONY ends up abducting many ideas that at first it demonizes. Adam Adkins parents need to hug him more often, that guy has some anger issues. Lol... What an editorial ..
Kinect is a mic, and a camera, and a remote control and a sensor...I dare you not to buy a smartphone with a camera and a mic that does face recognition . Can u imagine? You go to your friends house to play and ad soo as u pick up the controller it can load your account ? I think it's cool.
I hope XBL doesn't turn into an Indy wasteland where there is so much garbage that you can't find a diamond . I don't do we'll with garbage, it stinks.
Mmmm, my friends and I still play "counter strike " on Xbox. Old, only a versus mode on and off line. It's one of the best games I've ever played "good" is subjective !
I preordered my XboxOne and I'm going to download all my games on day one and that's what my friends are doing, maybe that's why there are less preorders in total. The days of swapping disks are over.
I wish they change everything ..... Back to the original. I won't worry, PS4 fanboys will end up doing the same when their system catches up to today's tech.
Think of this, when you loose your game or brakes or the next gen comes out, I'll be able to play my digital copy off my Xbox One. Backward comparability is a thing of the past. You r telling me that your smart phone that can track your every move out side and has a camera and a mic, apps and google search and your pc that has a camera always staring at you, poses less of a treat to you than kinect? And the DRM bit, I guess you don't support Indy games, because its all "RDM". You must be paid by Sony to talk all this .... Or you know that u r making the wrong choice w Sony and u want to recruit lots of dron...

We have gotten so many good things from MS: hardrives, online multiplayer games, Indy markets, and now we are going to download the games instead of going to the store for it. And yes Indy games are the first DRM games. And now the cloud. If its up to Sony, we will be playing single plaiting game. And yes, before you say it the PC had it, but MS brought it to the console. We need them both: Sony and MS.
MS is not known for giving free stuff but if they give 2 free yeas of Xbox live with the purchase of every console to upset the price, I think people will react positive to the news. Sony already gives away some goodies.

You already have smartphones w camera that's tracking us and smart TV's and laptops w camera and google recording your searches. So, there, is, nothing, wrong, with, kinect...
I'm also getting both the ps4 and the ONE, and if one Xbox comes out without kinect I'll still buy the one with the kinect .
Keyboard and mouse will always have an advantage over controller , this will be a great idea if they keep them both separate .
I'm sooooo buying that Ghost. I played the first battle field and I didn't like it, but I did like MWF. It's funny how one game can destroy the entire series for someone. So, what I'm saying is. I think Ghost will kill Battlefield . Hahaha

Too late though, we have smart phones that tracks you and records your searches, street cameras, drones flying overhead , credit cards and charge cards to tracks what you buy and no job pays cash so they can track what you make and that you spend. Your PC, smartphones and smart TV also have camera and toll bridges ... ALL these and now we have a problem with kinect .... Haha.
