the last "annoying thing" he mentions is a stupid one. when you level up, the game waits until u are not close by to any enemies. if u are close to an enemy (aka red line on compass) it will not level up until the threat is killed or u are out of range.
None of these issues he has mentioned has taken away from the experience i have been having. Sure they are there, but not half as "annoying" as he has made out.

the hardware probably isnt strong enough to do it effectively and accurately every time, so they cut it out. I think i remember seeing them using that push technique in some early demos. It is a shame they couldnt use it. (and that it costs $150)
the best chance kinect has is if it is used to compliment games that use the standard controller. like in an fps and being able to give directional commands to troops by just pointing at where u want them to go. or something similar. none of this "controllerless gaming" bullshit.
it does fires out anything you want it to like the paintinator. but u can also fire out stuff you create.
i heard it is 2 maps in standard, and 4 maps in the other versions.

trophies are better BUT they arent implemented as well as achievements. With achievements, it takes a matter of seconds to see what achievements someone has got. With trophies, the whole process takes too long for anyone to care about them. Obviously this is my opinion but i do think its an opinion which is shared between the vast majority of the gaming community.

bungie said its based on a 'damage done to team mates' system where u dont have to kill loads of your own team to add to the booting option. if youre doing loads of foolish things that end up weakening a team mate, then as soon as you get your first betrayal, the boot option pops up. if you dont damage team mates and then accidentally kill a team mate without doing harm to team mates prior, then the option wont show.
