Delayed? I wasn't even expecting the announcement until this coming weekend, like April 2 or 3. This coming Tuesday is March 31, so April PS+ games won't go live until the April 7th update. It's what happens when the final day of the prior month falls on a Tuesday.

Months back they announced that there would be zero online trophies (though from the look of it, there is one for just playing a FOB mission), and they also said FOB was entirely optional, meaning you could play the entire game and do everything without ever touching it.
