Gears one was great, gears 2 was about a 5 and a half out of 10, and gears 3 beta was a dissappointment....because of the over use of the bayonet, i also hate the mulcher and the oneshot. Sawed off is cool though.
I dont know.......gears 2, 3 and resistance 2 are just dumb, too similar and bland. gears 1 was hot,...like a movie.

I was waiting for twisted too. I aint buying resistance3 on the count its garbage and the graphics were bad. Im buying that headset though.

I'm with you dude. they haven't done jacksquat since gears 1. Gears 2...fruity, bulletstorm...corny, shadowcomplex.....neverheard of it.
Make another gears 1 type game and don't destroy the entire planet.
Make a gears fps that plays like killzone with different jobs, like engineer, marksman, so on with gears flavor: chainsaws, curbstomps, sideburns, one liners, so on. bad ass.
and make a 3rd person ...
Uncharted 2 was and is awesome, but yes situational awareness is pussy shit. Same with the shotguns. U geeks know who you are. I like bunny hopping though, makes it more challenging.
I do think that uncharted 3 plays a little bit better though, but its seems a little more stiffer where as u2 seems a little more fluid; but it is so easy to get a kill in uncharted 2 almost too easy...u3 you gotta try harder when aiming.
I do think part 2 has better graphics ...
infamous 2, killzone 3, and crysis 2 were stellar. Socom 4 is alot of fun too.
There is always going to be shit games though. Homefront and duke nukwad are both good examples.

xbox/microsoft's whole pitch is "we provide an unmatched gaming experience." Some are willing to pay for that sentence, others are not....I am not. I aint cool with paying $60 a year to use netflix when I already pay them a monthly fee.
Xbox lost me when they didn't include a rechargeable battery pack with their controller with the $300 console I bought knowing that I'd need it, they chose to jive me out of another $10. where as sony gives me a recharg...
I think this guy is right. I think nintendo was going by old trends and made the 3ds not taking into account of iphones and other smart phones. I notice alot of 18-35 year olds gaming on their phones, i dont think anyone carryies handhelds and a bunch of cartridges around anymore except maybe 10 year olds on vacation. My thing is ps3 and 360 look so good on my 60" mitsubishi...i got no desire to play a game on a 4" screen. Plus portable gaming is uncomfortable, arms all curled up...
