everybody keeps saying that kinect will sell way more then move.. but did you guys read the article...microsoft wants kinect to expand xbox360's life spam by another 5 years...so all the people who ONLY own a xbox...have fun playing barbie dress up games for the upcoming 5 years

i wish some people at least knew what tesselation is before they

as a game developer, i can gaurantee you that neather the ps3 nor
xbox360 nor wii can handle 100 percent tesselation, it will burn
your systems.
i wish people knew what they where talking about. you can expect tesselation on the next gen consoles.
i still dont understand why people care about how mutch a console has sold. as a indie game developer myself i know that we always start supporting the largest install base and from there on move to the smallest. but we never exclude a console. but it seems as fanboys only want a product only on their console. while we as developers want every one to join the fun regardles where and how they play it.

good post, but let me tell u the following. i work at a game studio and its not like the whole team is working on 3d max, zbrush or unwrapping things.
there is a team who works on the gameplay before the graphics are even made ready.
believe it or not. we always get the graphics handed to us months and months after we are in full production.
it always starts with a small team working on the GDD ( GAMEDESIGNDOCUMENT) and when we got a basic engine ready ...
yes couse its about Gran tourismo and gran tourismo is relevant !
