How exactly do you know TLOU part 2 is even worst? You played it? Neil was the writer and one of the directors for the last of us, he was a director for Uncharted 4, Amy was the writer.

Developers should be free to cut out what do want, and tell the story they want. I don't want developers to be walking on egg shells during development, because they are afraid to triggered some people. Just because some people don't like how a story ends don't make it bad.

Just don't get the game, wait two weeks, go on YouTube and watch other people play it. Just because some of you guys don't like the direction of a story doesn't make it bad. Some of my favorite characters died in fucked up ways in GOT, I was very unhappy with it, but it never made the story bad. The last season if GOT was rushed, if they had gone with 12 or 13 episodes rather than 6 or add another season, things would have ended differently. Also I personally don't give a shit...
They did the same with spiderman, did that have bad press too? I know because I took the train to work. If memory serves me right they had huge posters for horizon too, was that due to them wanting to counter bad press too?
