no. if they say this can do that, but something else can't, it's either true or not. if it's true, it's fact. if it's not, it's still fact, just in the opposite direction. if you say your car can go faster than mine, or hold more people. then it's either true or not. no opinion involved. either xbox does these things the ps4 can't, or it doesn't. that's fact.
