But I'm not sure why you think ms will "figure out digital rights". Why on earth would ms give more rights to consumer when, one, they don't have to, and two, their MO is to take as many rights away from the consumer that they can get away with?

MS doesn't bail out developers to invest in them and create new content. They buy up "successful", already existing 3rd party franchises to block them coming to competing consoles.

Or, since your 80%-90% of the way there, you could exercise a tiny bit more discipline that you've already proven you're capable of, and buy a much more superior PS5. (or even X, but I'd argue starfield isn't worth what you'd be losing out with a PS5)
