I'm really enjoying the game. It was a bonus for $50+ backers of Moebius on Kickstarter back in 2012 and its great to be able to play GK1 again with re-mastered graphics.
Jane Jensen and the team at Pinkerton Road have done a great job with this and I hope we will get more GK games in the future.
@Flames76 The thing is that Lizard are going after PS rather than XB is because it affects more people.
Its not that Lizard couldn't do the same thing to XB if they wanted to but it just doesn't seem worth the bother to go after the little fish when they can go after the great white.
You also bring up the matter about exclusives and it makes you sound like a broken record.
Maybe there aren't as many exclusives at the moment on the PS4 but the ones that are ...
Come on guys, you have to let XBone owners have a slight glimmer of hope that maybe their beloved machine still has a few more breaths in it.
If this announcement is TLG then not only will the final nail be driven into the coffin containing the XBone, but the coffin will be wrapped in chains, weighted down with cement blocks and thrown into the deepest ocean never to be seen again.
Don't get me wrong though as I do own an XBone. However since I was given it as a ...
And once again another false article. The people who write these things really should check out all the information that they have to make sure it is actually correct.
In the article when talking about the Hulkamania edition of the game is says the following...
These packages will include: a collectible art card with a printed Hulk Hogan autograph. Wrong.
Hulk Hogan actually signed all 25,000 cards himself so they are not printed.
Just like the previous title...
Actually all collectors editions gets a freakin' statue. Its actually a cloth map and 2 decks of cards that's different to the other collectors editions.
I really don't see what the big deal is anyway.
Wouldn't surprise me of the company decides to release the cards to buy separately after a while anyway.
This news doesn't bother me in the slightest.
I have the collectors edition on order for the PS4 as I enjoyed the previous Witcher games and the statue looks awesome.
Just because MS throw money around for extra items like the cards and a cloth map just shows how desperate MS are.
The only physical thing MS should be worrying about is their crap console.
And before anyone goes on the fanboy rant I can actually admit I own an XBone as it was bought for me fo...
I think its all laughable really. The reboot of Tomb Raider sold more copies on PS4 than XB1 and now that 10 million PS4 have been sold CD make the stupid decision to have the next Tomb Raider as an XB1 exclusive or just a timed exclusive. MS are hoping that by paying CD so many $'s to get this deal that it will help the struggling sales of the XB1 (In your dreams MS).
Tomb Raider won't be able to compete with UC4, and before anyone says that UC4 wouldn't exist without T...
This is great news... It's no more than SEGA deserve.
All SEGA seem to think we want are those damn Sonic games, and Aliens Colonial Marines (What a crock that was).
SEGA are being hurt by not localizing the games we actually want to play.
SEGA need to sort themselves out by releasing quality titles in the West as well as for the Japanese market.
Yakuza 5 PS3, Yakuza 1&2 Re-mastered PS3, Kenzan PS3, Ishin PS4 and Phantasy Star.
The Japanese mark...
I have read numerous articles about Yakuza 5 not being released in the West and I understand what you are saying about why not import it, even though its more expensive and a pain if you can't read/speak Japanese.
The articles I have read basically say the same thing, but some of the replies that people have said are that if SEGA can't be bothered to release the games in the West and yet still expect people to buy them even if that can't understand them then SEGA have no r...
I live in the UK and when The Last of Us came out on PS3 I spent the money and imported the Post-Pandemic edition from US as that edition was never going to be released here in UK. So for myself I have already spent more money on it originally than the people who just went with the normal edition including postage to UK and the import fees.
Does this mean that I am not going to fork out money once again to play it on the PS4... Hell No.
My order is locked in for the re-master...
Sure it is... The XBone is making a comeback shortly after the comeback of Jesus Christ.
I ordered the collectors edition as soon as this was announced without even seeing much info on the game. After seeing this I am really happy I locked in my pre-order. One of the best dragon fights I have seen in a long time and the sheer size of the game sounds amazing.
@optimus Bray Wyatt is formerly known as Husky Harris.
Awesome competition.. Good luck everyone.
Well if you can't work out what shorthand is then you are as much of a piece of $hit as the XBone.
Coz = because!! See nothing wrong with my spelling but the crappy XBone has taken up enough of my time already so why waste even more time writing out long sentences just to help out the uneducated
ThePope... maybe you should be TheDope!!
Of course every time you walked into an electronic store XBones are on the shelves.... Its coz nobody wants them.
I have an XBone and the only reason for it is because it was bought for me as a gift. Basically I got it for nothing and still think that the machine is a piece of $hit.
I have to say that I bought both PS4 & XBone on their respective release dates and although I have had the XBone from day one I played a couple of hours of DR3 and actually forced myself to sit through and complete Ryse which really didn't take that long. Since then I haven't even bothered to turn on the XBone because to me MS new console is one huge failure and I would be more than happy to sell it but due to the fact that the console is widely available everywhere and sitting ...
Well the person who wrote the article is obviously an idiot because for a series which was written for the Japanese gamers in mind I personally think that the Yakuza games offer great content for the money I spent to play all the previous games.
There are plenty of side missions to do as well as the main storyline and having all the other things in for good measure such as the Sega arcades (where you can play real arcade games and also try your luck at using a claw to catch a prize) a...
Capcom should also do a next gen version of Dino Crisis.. with a new Jurassic Park movie coming out next year it would be the ideal time to release a game with dinosaurs.
Also Dino Crisis was amazing.. Just like the original RE was.
Simple choice for me.. if it comes out on a machine that hasn't got anything to do with Microsoft then that's the machine I buy for.
